The floor plans for every home are not shown in full. Floor plans for similar homes have been grouped and shown as particular ‘styles’. Within these ‘styles’ there are slight variations in size, window positions and minor differences in layout. Purchasers should make enquires with the sales office as to the exact layout of an individual home as plans are for guidance only.

Floor plans were drafted before completion of the homes and therefore variations to layouts, floor areas and room dimensions are inevitable.
