Customer Care

At Charles Topham we have a commitment to provide quality Customer Care, therefore we have within our team a Customer Relations Manager who is dedicated to Customer Care and After Sales matters.

  • During the 10 day notice period which precedes legal completion, you will be invited to visit your property for a “Home Demonstration”
  • On the day of legal completion you will be presented with your keys and a comprehensive “Homeowner’s Manual”
  • Charles Topham has arranged emergency assistance for every home.  Cover includes; Plumbing and Drainage, Electric Supply, Primary Heating System & Securtiy.  The two year policy has been arranged with “Homeserve”
  • Your home will have a 10 year NHBC Buildmark Warranty
